Guidelines governing private fitting appointments, bespoke commissions, fabric selection, and garment delivery.
1. Bespoke Commission Process
Each Maison Noir garment is individually hand-cut from exclusive fabric bolts (Loro Piana, Scabal, Dormeuil) and basted by hand over a minimum of 90 artisan hours. Commissions require initial measurement and pattern drafting prior to fabric shears.
2. Fitting Deposits & Cancellations
A security deposit of €250 is required to reserve a private fitting session with our Master Cutter in Milano, Paris, New York, or at a private residence. Deposits are applied directly to the final cost of your garment commission. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without forfeiture.
3. Quality Guarantee & Adjustments
Maison Noir guarantees perfect anatomical fit. Post-delivery alterations within 12 months are complimentary at any of our global ateliers.
